Reference implementation · chapter 02 · Swiss edition

XEREBRO from Zurich.
The reference in Swiss operations.

XEREBRO is an operating system for commerce: a neutral core and eight specialised applications that observe the shop, diagnose, act and prove the effect in CHF. Developed and operated in Zurich by DevQon. Runs on Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopware and Shopify with the same signal depth. This page shows how the reference implementation of the category Agentic Commerce Operations works in a Swiss shop.

SEC / 002 · Eight applications

One core, eight applications, each bookable on its own.

Each application can be cancelled monthly after the three-month CHF evidence. The names link to the detail pages on the product site.

A / 01 · Price radar

Qompare

Watches up to 14 competitors per article via EAN match, including availability and price changes in the Swiss market.

A / 02 · Sales agent

Qontext

Runs cross-sell, up-sell and win-back from eight data sources, from order history to source code.

A / 03 · Session replay

Qapture

Reconstructs sessions server-side on Swiss infrastructure and marks the moment a customer gives up.

A / 04 · Uplift simulator

Qontour

Calculates from real daily revenue and measured abandonment what a fix is worth per year in CHF.

A / 05 · Order-flow monitor

Qontrol

Probes the real order path every five minutes with six core signals and reports the affected order value in CHF.

A / 06 · Consent layer

Qookie

Server-side consent under revFADP, GDPR, ePrivacy and IAB TCF 2.2, without US scripts and without third-party cookies.

A / 07 · Executive signal

Quasar

Delivers one signal from all applications on Monday at 08:00: a CHF ranking and three actions for the week.

A / 08 · AI product advisor

Qonsul

Advises in the shop chat on your own catalogue, prices and stock, with no claims about other assortments.

SEC / 003 · Swiss reading

What runs differently in a Swiss shop.

CH / 01 · Payment signals

Read the payment routes, do not guess.

Qontrol reads the response codes and callbacks of TWINT, PostFinance, Datatrans and SIX Saferpay in the real order path. A missing callback or a session running into a timeout is a signal with a CHF value, not a green tick on the homepage. Example policy: if the primary provider fails twice within five minutes, the agent switches to the configured fallback provider and logs the action.

CH / 02 · Three languages

Three store views, one signal depth.

Swiss shops often run in German, French and Italian. Each store view carries its own tax, shipping and pricing logic, and therefore its own sources of error. XEREBRO probes the order flow per store view and compares the results. If the FR store view shows old prices after a campaign, the agent sees the gap to the DE store view before French-speaking Switzerland notices.

CH / 03 · revFADP

Consent and data residency under Swiss law.

Qookie provides the consent layer server-side under revFADP and GDPR. The critical zone with purchase prices, margins, stock levels and product IP sits with Infomaniak in Geneva and Zurich under Swiss law. Reasoning runs with an EU-certified cloud provider in the Frankfurt region with zero retention. Details on the legal position on the page revFADP and data sovereignty.

CH / 04 · Zurich

Health check remotely or on site.

The entry point is a guided 30-minute session with a DevQon commerce specialist, remotely or on site at The Circle at Zurich Airport. Read-only analysis beforehand, two to four findings with a CHF uplift estimate, no contract. The flow is on the page Health check for Swiss shops.

SEC / 004 · Six core signals

What Qontrol checks every five minutes.

Six signals on all four shop systems, each with an example from Swiss operations.

Signal
What is checked
Example Switzerland
Order flow
Synthetic order through the real path up to the order confirmation.
The TWINT payment window stays empty while the shop still returns 200 OK.
Cron
Cron groups and message queues checked for stuck jobs.
The consumer for PostFinance callbacks stalls, order confirmations stop going out.
Indexer
Price, stock and search indexers checked for standstill.
After a discount campaign the DE store view shows new prices, the FR store view old ones.
Payment
Response codes and callbacks of the payment providers read.
SIX Saferpay answers with a timeout, the policy switches to Datatrans as fallback.
Stock
Stock signals reconciled against orders and the ERP sync.
The bestseller is at zero in the ERP but still orderable in the shop.
Search
Search cluster, index aliases and reindex windows in view.
A search index rebuild starts in the evening peak before 24 December.
SEC / 005 · Execution model

Policy-governed autonomy with human oversight.

Packing desk of a small Swiss online retailer: boxes, mailing bags, laptop with an order list, mountains in the window.
The order flow ends at the packing desk. The action from 07:14 shows up here two days later.

The timeline on the left is not a customer story. It shows, in realistic values, how the applications work together: Qompare delivers the signal, the ERP the context, the diagnosis the stock level, the policy allows the action, and the Value Ledger records the evidence fourteen days later.

E / 01

The operator sets the policy.

You define what the agent may do on its own: adjust a price, play a cross-sell, trigger a reindex, activate a fallback provider. Within that framework it acts autonomously. Without a policy it waits for a click.

E / 02

Read-only on the code, audit log per action.

Code access is strictly read-only. Every action and every read access is in the audit log with time, trigger and policy. Abort at any time. Zero retention: processed data is not kept and not used for training.

E / 03

The evidence comes in CHF.
